Donations go into an account set up by the family at Bank of America for Chase. The funds are used at the family's discretion for Chase's on-going care.
If you are making reservations for for the Cinco De Mayo event, please donate a minimum of $10 per plate and message us through the About Us page on this site for the number in your party.
